Please note that all of the below prices are for guidance only and may change according to the individual needs

Self Assessment & tax return
  • £125 for an individual with PAYE and additional income from interest and dividend
  • £155 for an individual with PAYE and property income - £50 for each additional property
  • £155 for a sub contractor working in construction industry
  • £205 for a taxi driver with no other source of income
  • £255 for a taxi driver with additional income from interest and dividend received
  • £305 for a taxi driver with property income - £50 for each additional property
  • £305 for sole trader/self employed depending on income/invoices

Company Formation £75 (one off fee)
  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Share Certificates
  • Memorandum of association
  • Articles of Association
  • Companies house authentication code
  • Electronic documents will be sent to you once the registration is successful
  • One off set up fee £35 for up to 5 employees plus £15 per month OR £180 annually (£1 for each additional employee per month)
  • Monthly RTIs to HMRC, reports to employer electronically
  • Payslips sent electronically to employees. Hard copies can be sent upon request with an additional cost of 70p each
Auto Enrolment Pension
  • One off set up fee £55 for up to 2 employees plus £15 per month (£1 for each additional employee per month)
  • Initial assessment, letters to eligible employees, to pension providers
  • Pension declaration to the Pension regulators
  • Setting up direct debit for the contribution payment to the pension provider
  • Continuous assessment and compliance
VAT & CIS return
VAT return
£155 per quarter - additional charges for exceptionally high volume of the invoices

CIS Return
  • Contractors monthly return £55 per month up to 10 subcontractors, additional charges for next 10 or more
